About the program
Daily dependence on other people in modern business creates a continuing need for some form of negotiation . In this program , students will have the opportunity to learn the most effective techniques of negotiation , identify pitfalls in the negotiation process and successfully oppose them , master with 10 sources of influence, learn to better manage their emotions in the negotiation process and to increase the impact of the participant.
Negotiation skills are generally beneficial for every individual as a means to resolve conflict , improve relationships between people , can save many resources , such as time, money , health, and nerves . We can conclude that the right negotiation skills are one of the most important business skills for establishing a successful connection between sales and purchases. If sales have skilled negotiators then the chances of increasing turnover are greater, and if we have skilled negotiators in the purchases sector, there is a bigger chance of being able to have more significant saving of money; as profit is not only what we sell, but also what we don’t spend.

About the lecturer
Dragan Petrovic, MBA and management consultant, trainer and coach. He has worked in leadership positions in multinational (Japan Tobacco International, Mars Incorporated) and domestic FMCG and Consumer Electronics companies in which he inspired and implemented a number of changes. Career Coach started in-house Mars University-ROM as the first certified instructor for the territory of Southeast Europe. Later certified by Dale Carnegie methodology, by holding a leadership training, communication and sales skills.
