About the program
The program in Project Management is designed to meet the needs of project management regardless of company size (small and medium enterprises, large enterprises), type of activity (production and service enterprises), or type of ownership (private or public company). The training is intended for all those who manage a variety of projects and ventures, and are in need of practical knowledge for their successful implementation and achievement of planned objectives.
Project management (project management) is the discipline of management that defines the appropriate methodology and specific methods and techniques necessary for successful implementation of projects. Applying the concept of Project Management aims to efficiently and effectively plan, organize, implement and monitor the implementation of activities, employing the available material resources, financial resources and people in the process of project implementation.

About the lecturer
Slobodan completed a three-year master program in Project Management at the University of Liverpool in 2012 and defended his thesis on „Project Management Approach to Organisational Transformation : Exploratory Study in a Serbian Company“. Slobodan is a member of the Project Management Institute in Pennsylvania and its branch PMI Chapter Serbia and holder of the PMP professional licens . During his involvement in the projects he worked on a great number of in- house training for groups with different profiles and project presentations at international and national conferences. Project management is an area that he actively explores, which keeps him constantly motivated, curious and interested to interact and share knowledge .
