About the program
Participants of this four-day program will learn effective ways of strategic human resource management – from the selection of employees through their development and reward, career advancement and importance of the principle functions of HR as a strategic business partner for companies, institutions and organizations.
Students will understand all aspects of human resource management, to enable them to carry out a professional and structured selection of employees, to set realistic and challenging targets, to monitor and evaluate the performance of employees and how to reward them on that basis. In addition, students will adopt a basic knowledge of the legal framework in the field of personnel management, hiring and firing employees.
The program is designed for HR managers, HR professionals responsible for the development of human resources in the private and public sector and managers and / or owners of companies who manage human resources. Lectures are accompanied by many examples of long-standing practice of lecturers, using case studies from domestic and international business, interaction with students and workshop work with simulations of real examples from the industrial sector.
